Salesforce Data 360
Salesforce's CDP, renamed Data 360, that unifies data across sources via zero-copy connections for use across Salesforce apps and AI agents.
Salesforce Data Cloud has been renamed Data 360 as part of Salesforce's broader push to position it as the data foundation for its Agentforce AI agents, not just a marketing CDP. It connects to data lakes and warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud) using zero-copy integration, avoiding a full copy of source data, and enriches unstructured content such as PDFs and call logs through its Agent Context Engine so that AI agents have grounded context. It builds unified, real-time customer profiles usable across Salesforce's Sales, Service, and Marketing clouds via native metadata integration, and includes low-code tools (Flow, Agentforce) for non-technical teams. It suits organizations already running on Salesforce that want a CDP native to that ecosystem rather than a standalone data-layer product.
