TransUnion TruAudience
Marketing identity and measurement suite from credit bureau TransUnion, built on its offline identity graph rather than credit data.
TruAudience is TransUnion's marketing-side identity resolution and measurement suite, drawing on the same underlying identity graph the company built for its core credit-bureau and fraud business, but restricted to marketing-permissible data — it does not expose credit scores or credit-file contents to advertisers. It links a brand's customer records to TransUnion's identity graph to produce a stable identifier usable for targeting, frequency management and cross-channel measurement, and includes media measurement and attribution tooling built on that identity layer. Because the underlying data asset originates from a consumer credit bureau, it draws scrutiny that non-bureau identity vendors do not, and organizations evaluating it should understand what data TransUnion draws on and what regulatory constraints (such as FCRA permissible-purpose rules) govern its marketing use.
