Spotify for Creators (formerly Anchor and Spotify for Podcasters) is Spotify's free hosting and analytics platform for podcasters. Its dashboard reports streams, starts, listeners, audience demographics, device and platform breakdowns, and episode-level engagement curves showing where listeners drop off. Because Spotify left the IAB Tech Lab and did not recertify its measurement to the IAB Podcast Measurement Guidelines, its numbers are not independently verified against the industry standard, and — like Apple's dashboard — it reports only listening that happens on Spotify's own app, not the show's full cross-platform audience. It suits creators who host on Spotify and want a no-cost view of their Spotify performance, but publishers who sell ads typically pair it with an IAB-certified, host-agnostic measurement tool for the full picture.
