Simple Analytics
SaaS-only, EU-hosted analytics that measures pageviews without cookies or personal data, positioned to run alongside GA4 to recover consent-lost traffic.
Simple Analytics is a cloud-hosted analytics service run by an Amsterdam-based company; unlike some privacy-analytics vendors, it is SaaS-only today with no self-hosted or open-source core product (only small auxiliary scripts are open source on its GitHub). All data is stored and processed in the EU, and the product tracks pageviews, events, referrers and campaign parameters without cookies, visitor IDs, or IP storage, so no cookie consent banner is required. A distinguishing angle versus similar tools is its explicit positioning as a companion to Google Analytics rather than a straight replacement: it markets itself on recovering the 20-60% of traffic that consent-banner rejection hides from GA4, and offers APIs/exports into BI tools and data warehouses. Pricing is billed on monthly pageview volume via a slider, with a free plan capped at 5 websites and 30-day history, and an enterprise tier adding SSO and raw data access.
