Adobe Customer Journey Analytics
Enterprise analytics that stitches web, app, call-centre and offline data into cross-channel customer journeys.
Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) is built on the Adobe Experience Platform and lets large organizations combine data from many sources (web, mobile app, call centre, CRM, IoT, offline) into a single person-centric data set for cross-channel journey analysis, without the row limits of Adobe's older Analysis Workspace-only product. It's used by enterprise analytics and CX teams that need to answer questions spanning multiple channels, such as how a call-centre interaction affects later web conversion. It supports flexible, business-defined identity stitching and real-time streaming ingestion. As part of the wider Adobe Experience Cloud, it is deployed cloud-only and typically bought alongside Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, making it a much heavier, enterprise-budget commitment than point tools like Usermaven.
