Cotality

Property data and analytics provider supplying parcel, hazard, valuation and claims data insurers use for underwriting and catastrophe risk.

Cotality is the rebranded CoreLogic (the corelogic.com domain now redirects to cotality.com); most industry references and integrations still use the CoreLogic name. It is principally a data business: property-level records covering the large majority of U.S. parcels, refreshed monthly, paired with 30-year environmental and hazard forecasts (wildfire, flood, hurricane) through its Hazard HQ service, automated valuation models, and home-price forecasting. Insurers use its parcel and hazard data for underwriting and catastrophe exposure assessment; lenders and real estate firms use the same property records for valuation and risk. Delivery is via API and bulk data feeds into an insurer's or lender's own systems rather than a standalone analytics workbench, putting it alongside Verisk and Moody's RMS as a data supplier rather than a decisioning platform.
