Neon CRM, from Neon One, is a donor and constituent management platform aimed at nonprofits that need membership management and event/ticketing alongside standard fundraising CRM features, distinguishing it from pure fundraising-first tools like Bloomerang. Its reporting layer covers donor giving history, membership renewals, campaign performance and constituent segmentation, again built on top of the CRM's own records rather than being a separate analytics product. Neon One has expanded through acquisitions into a broader suite covering online giving, peer-to-peer fundraising, and volunteer management, sold as add-on modules on top of the core CRM. It is cloud-hosted and priced by quote based on organization size and modules, competing with DonorPerfect and Bloomerang for small-to-mid nonprofits, and with Blackbaud for organizations needing membership-heavy functionality.
