As with comparable products, what it calls analytics is reporting built on the donor database — scheduled reports, batch gift entry summaries, and (on higher tiers) enterprise segmentation and custom API access — rather than a standalone statistical tool. It bundles online giving pages, auction/event tools (ReadySetAuction), moves management and QuickBooks integration, and offers three packaged tiers (Core, Plus, Pro) that add features as organizations grow. It competes most directly with Bloomerang and Neon CRM for small-to-mid nonprofits, with pricing quoted individually rather than shown in full on the website.
