Vantor operates the WorldView satellite constellation, selling high-resolution Earth-imagery and the analytics built on it. Coverage includes 30 cm imagery (pan-sharpened to 15 cm) across most of the world with up to 15 revisits a day over populated areas, plus an imagery archive customers can search instead of tasking a new capture. Vantor is the entity formerly known as Maxar Intelligence: Maxar Technologies was acquired by Advent International and split into two companies in October 2025, with the imagery and analytics business renamed Vantor and the satellite-manufacturing business renamed Lanteris. Vantor's imagery underlies a large share of U.S. government foundational geospatial intelligence and feeds products such as Tensorglobe (an AI-built 3D model of Earth from fused spatial data) and Vivid basemaps used in mapping and navigation products. Customers include defense and intelligence agencies, civil government, systems integrators and commercial mapping/navigation companies.
