Datanomix
Plug-and-play production monitoring that connects directly to CNC machine controllers for real-time shop-floor analytics.
Datanomix is production-monitoring software for precision manufacturers, particularly CNC machine shops, that connects directly to machine controllers such as Haas, Fanuc, Mazak, Mitsubishi, Siemens, and Heidenhain to capture cycle times, uptime, and job performance without requiring operator data entry or an ERP integration. Its Fusion product is designed to be plug-and-play, automatically benchmarking and scoring running jobs from controller data alone, then surfacing the results through daily workflows such as morning production meetings via its Playbooks feature. This makes it closer to a shop-floor production and downtime monitoring tool than a statistical process control package like InfinityQS or a multivariate quality-modeling tool like SIMCA; it does not build SPC control charts on measured part dimensions, but does give shops the machine-utilization and cycle-time visibility that quality and throughput decisions depend on. Datanomix partners with metrology vendor Hexagon and targets small and mid-size precision machine shops that want floor visibility without a lengthy IT deployment.
