ETQ Reliance is an electronic quality management system (eQMS) that centralizes quality processes such as document control, training records, audit management, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), supplier quality, nonconformance handling, and life-sciences compliance workflows on a single multi-tenant, cloud-native platform. It is built around no-code configurability, letting quality teams tailor workflows to their processes rather than requiring custom development, and includes machine-learning-driven data management intended to surface quality issues further upstream. ETQ was acquired by industrial metrology and software group Hexagon in 2022 and now sits within Hexagon's manufacturing intelligence portfolio, which also includes SPC and machine-monitoring tools. Unlike SPC software such as InfinityQS or SIMCA, which chart measured process or part data to catch drift as it happens, ETQ Reliance manages the surrounding quality management system and paperwork, serving quality, EHS, and compliance teams across manufacturing and regulated industries such as life sciences.
