Conviva
Independent, census-based streaming measurement covering quality of experience and audience size across every device and CDN.
Conviva is an independent measurement platform for streaming video and audio. A client-side SDK collects data from every session (not a sample), reporting quality-of-experience metrics — rebuffering, video start failures, startup time, bitrate — alongside audience metrics like concurrent viewers and engagement, in near real time. Because Conviva sits outside the video infrastructure itself, media companies use it to compare performance across CDNs, players, and devices, and to benchmark against other publishers via Conviva's industry indices. It is aimed at broadcasters, OTT services, and sports streamers who need a vendor-neutral view of playback health rather than analytics bundled into their encoding or player vendor.
