Epsilon Retail Media (CitrusAd)
Sell-side retail media platform that lets retailers build and run their own sponsored-product ad network, rather than a tool brands buy ads through.
CitrusAd, now sold as Epsilon Retail Media, is infrastructure for the retailer side of retail media, not the advertiser side: it gives a retailer the ad server, self-service advertiser portal, and reporting needed to sell sponsored-product, display and video placements on its own site and app, then extends that inventory offsite and in-store. More than 70 retailers and distributors use the platform to run their ad businesses, with over 4,000 brands buying through its self-service interface. This distinguishes it from buy-side tools like Skai or Pacvue, which brands use to manage bids across many retailers' networks — CitrusAd is what powers the retailer's network in the first place, often one of the networks those buy-side tools then connect to. It is cloud-only and sold to retailers on negotiated enterprise contracts, with no published pricing.
