Criteo

Commerce media platform connecting advertisers to onsite ad inventory across 225+ retailers, but not Amazon or Walmart's own ad stacks.

Criteo's retail media business gives advertisers a single interface to plan, buy and report on sponsored-product and display placements across a network of 225+ retailer partners — including Target, Best Buy, Costco, Albertsons, Macy's and Instacart — plus offsite extension of that inventory onto the open web through Criteo's ad exchange relationships. Its core value is aggregation and standardized reporting across many mid-size and regional retailers that don't each run their own advertiser-facing platform. Critically, Amazon and Walmart run their own independent, proprietary ad platforms (Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect); Criteo does not sell inventory on either, so a brand needs separate tooling for those two networks. Criteo is publicly traded, cloud-only, and sells self-service and managed-service access rather than published subscription pricing.
