Chorus by ZoomInfo
Conversation intelligence tool that transcribes sales calls and meetings and syncs the resulting insights and contacts to the CRM.
Chorus (acquired by ZoomInfo in 2021) records and transcribes sales calls and video meetings, most commonly captured through Zoom, and analyzes the transcripts for competitor mentions, objection patterns, and talk-time ratios. It automatically syncs contacts and captured activity back to the CRM so deal records stay current without manual entry, and scorecards let managers grade reps against a defined methodology. Because it sits inside the ZoomInfo family, Chorus can also layer ZoomInfo's own company and contact data ('Connected Intelligence') onto a call, showing who is on the line and what is known about their account. It is a pure conversation-intelligence and coaching tool rather than a full forecasting or pipeline-management platform.
