Models are built by dragging flowchart-style modules (create, process, queue, resource, decide) onto a canvas and connecting them, with an underlying SIMAN simulation language available for custom logic. Arena includes basic experimentation and optimization add-ons (via OptQuest) for searching over scenario parameters, and integrates with CAD and material-handling data for warehouse and factory modeling.
