Verdict
AgencyAnalytics and Whatagraph solve the same problem: an agency needs branded, automated dashboards and scheduled reports across SEO, PPC, social and analytics accounts for many clients, without building each report by hand. Both include white-labeling, a client-facing portal and scheduled delivery, and both connect to the same core ad and analytics platforms.
The decision is almost entirely about pricing shape, because the feature sets overlap heavily. AgencyAnalytics charges per managed client with every platform feature included on that one plan — cost scales with headcount of clients, not which features you turn on. Whatagraph instead charges by the number of connected data sources, with an entry price starting around €699/month billed annually. An agency with many clients each running only a couple of ad accounts will find AgencyAnalytics's per-client model cheaper; an agency with fewer clients each running many accounts will often find the reverse.
Choose AgencyAnalytics if
- You have many clients, each with a modest number of connected ad or analytics accounts.
- You want one plan with everything included rather than negotiating which features you need.
- You want rank tracking and call-tracking add-ons available inside the same product.
Choose Whatagraph if
- Your clients run many connected accounts each, so per-client pricing would cost more than per-source pricing.
- You want data transfer to BigQuery or Looker Studio on higher tiers, alongside the built-in dashboard.
- You're comparing against a higher published entry price but expect predictable data-source growth rather than client-count growth.
What they share
Neither does the deep data-cleaning work that Funnel or Adverity offer upstream — both assume the connectors' native data is good enough for a client report, which is usually true for standard ad-platform metrics and less true once you're blending sources with different definitions of the same KPI. Model your actual client roster against both pricing structures before deciding; the "cheaper" plan on the pricing page depends entirely on your ratio of clients to connected accounts. Swydo is a third option worth checking in the same per-source pricing family as Whatagraph.
