Genasys Protect (Zonehaven)
Zone-based evacuation management platform, now branded Genasys Protect, used by public safety agencies for evacuation notices and public alerts.
Zonehaven was an intelligent, zone-based evacuation-management platform that let emergency services officials pre-plan community evacuation zones and, during an incident, publish zone-specific evacuation status updates along with live incident information, weather, road/traffic conditions and shelter locations. It was acquired by Genasys and has since been folded into the Genasys Protect platform (marketed as Genasys Protect EVAC), which combines the original Zonehaven evacuation-zone software with Genasys's multi-channel alerting and outdoor acoustic warning devices into one protective-communications product. The public-facing map is free for residents to check their zone status without signing up; the underlying agency software is licensed to counties and public safety agencies, with contracts across California and other states.
