Everbridge is a critical event management (CEM) platform, delivered as Everbridge 360, that combines AI-driven risk intelligence with mass notification and response coordination. It ingests threat feeds to flag emerging risks near an organization's people or sites, automates emergency communications and escalation workflows, and coordinates incident response, business continuity and travel-risk protection. Additional modules cover physical security integration (Control Center) and IT incident automation (xMatters, acquired by Everbridge). It is sold as cloud SaaS, packaged into Core, Pro and Enterprise tiers, to more than 6,500 organizations across government, healthcare, financial services, energy and other sectors managing large distributed workforces or facilities.
