UNICEF Data is UNICEF's public statistical portal, publishing global databases covering child mortality, child and maternal health, nutrition, immunization, water and sanitation, HIV/AIDS, education and child protection for nearly 200 countries. Indicators are compiled annually from UNICEF's network of over 150 country and field offices, drawing on household surveys, censuses, administrative records, vital registration systems and statistical modeling, and several key estimates are produced jointly with WHO, the World Bank and other UN agencies, such as the Joint Child Malnutrition Estimates and child mortality estimation. Data and reports are freely downloadable through topic pages and dataset resources on the site, making it a standard reference for governments, researchers and other UN agencies working on child welfare and the Sustainable Development Goals.
