Scrunch monitors how a brand is cited and ranked across AI systems such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini, reporting share of voice by prompt or topic, which sources AI answers cite, and gaps in a brand's content, such as missing specs, pricing, or entities, that may explain low citation rates. Its Agent Experience Platform additionally generates machine-readable versions of a site's pages aimed specifically at AI crawlers, separate from the human-facing site. As a new category, the underlying metrics, share of voice and citation rate, are vendor-defined rather than standardized, so they are best used to track a brand's own trend over time rather than compared directly across competing AI-visibility tools.
