Its Terminal product gives a unified dashboard for tracking a company's or market's workforce trends, COSMOS focuses specifically on job-posting analysis, and Data Builder lets customers assemble custom extracts. Because the underlying data is compiled from public and third-party sources rather than from company payroll systems, it functions as an external, always-on alternative to a company self-reporting workforce metrics. Customers include investment firms researching companies from the outside, corporate HR and strategy teams benchmarking against competitors, and academic researchers studying labor markets.
