Oxylabs is, at its core, a proxy network: residential, datacenter, ISP, mobile and SOCKS5 IPs sold mainly by the gigabyte or by port, aimed at teams that need to avoid IP-based blocking during large-scale collection. Around the proxy network it sells Web Scraper API and Web Unblocker, higher-level endpoints that handle rendering and anti-bot bypass and return HTML or parsed data rather than raw proxy access. Everything is delivered as a cloud API or proxy endpoint with no self-hosted option. Because residential and mobile IPs route through real consumer connections, Oxylabs requires acceptance of an acceptable-use policy, and — as with any residential proxy vendor — the legality of a given scrape still depends on the target site's terms and applicable law, not on the proxy provider.
