Moody's Climate on Demand
Physical climate risk scoring tool from Moody's covering global properties and companies across multiple hazard types.
Climate on Demand is Moody's web-based tool for scoring physical climate risk -- flood, heat stress, hurricane, sea level rise, water stress and wildfire -- at the property and corporate-location level worldwide, drawing on catastrophe-modeling capability from Moody's RMS business. Insurers, lenders and corporates use it for portfolio screening, underwriting input and TCFD-style disclosure, accessing results through a web application or as licensed data. Its main differentiator is distribution: because it sits inside Moody's existing data and credit-ratings ecosystem, financial institutions already using other Moody's products can add physical climate risk screening without integrating a new, unfamiliar vendor.
