Flow-based network traffic analytics that ingests NetFlow, sFlow and BGP data to show what is actually crossing your network.
Kentik ingests NetFlow/sFlow/IPFIX, SNMP, BGP and cloud VPC flow logs into a big-data pipeline and lets engineers query traffic by application, ASN, geography or device in seconds. This is flow analytics measured inside your own network and its peering edges, distinct from ThousandEyes-style synthetic tests run from outside, and from device-health monitoring tools like SolarWinds or Zabbix. It is used for capacity planning, DDoS and anomaly detection, peering/transit cost analysis, and cloud network cost visibility across AWS, Azure and GCP. Kentik also layers in its own synthetic and agent-based tests, so it overlaps with the outside-in category for teams that want both in one platform.
