Its query engine (BubbleUp) is designed for exploratory debugging — finding what's different about slow or failing requests — rather than dashboard-first monitoring. It is OpenTelemetry-native, accepting traces and events over OTLP, and is SaaS-only. Pricing is metered by monthly event volume rather than hosts, which suits services with many low-cardinality hosts but chatty request volume.
