Disco is a standalone desktop application (Windows/macOS) for process mining, aimed at analysts who already have an event log exported from a source system rather than at live, continuously-connected extraction. Users import timestamped case data in CSV, Excel, XES or MXML format; Disco then generates a process map automatically, animates the process over time to show where cases pile up, and provides statistics on activities, resources, throughput and case variants, with drill-down filtering by timeframe, performance or attributes. It has no native ERP/CRM connectors of its own and instead relies on the log already having been extracted (typically by IT or a data team) from systems like SAP, Salesforce or ticketing tools; this makes it lighter-weight and cheaper to adopt than platform-connected miners, at the cost of not automating extraction or ongoing monitoring. Licensing is quoted directly by Fluxicon rather than published.
