Process mining · Celonis SE
Celonis
Process mining and execution management platform that rebuilds real process flows from system event logs to find and fix inefficiencies.
Celonis extracts timestamped event data from ERP, CRM and ticketing systems, reconstructs the as-executed process, and compares it against the intended design to surface bottlenecks, rework loops and deviations. Its Execution Management System (EMS) goes beyond discovery: it layers conformance checking, simulation and "Action Flows" that trigger fixes (task reassignment, RPA bots, alerts) directly in the source system once a deviation is found. Pre-built connectors ingest data from SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, Workday and Microsoft Dynamics, alongside a generic data-push API for custom sources. Delivered only as a cloud service (hosted on major public clouds), Celonis differs from neighbouring tools by pairing process mining with an orchestration/automation layer rather than stopping at analysis, and by aiming its Process AI Copilot at both business users and process experts.
