Carat is Fiserv's commerce/payments platform for large omnichannel merchants, and its Reporting & Analytics module consolidates data across in-store, online and mobile channels into one view: transaction and deposit detail, interchange and service-charge breakdowns, chargeback tracking, and real-time alerting on risk controls. A Data-as-a-Service option delivers the same reporting data into a merchant's own cloud environment for further analysis. It targets large retail and omnichannel enterprises already on Fiserv's processing stack, similar in role to Adyen's or Worldpay's bundled reporting but built for higher transaction volumes and multi-location reconciliation. Pricing is negotiated as part of a Carat processing agreement; no public price list exists.
