Average revenue per user (ARPU) The average revenue generated per subscriber or user over a defined period, typically a month or year. Cell site analytics Analyzing performance and usage data from individual cell towers to manage network capacity, coverage and quality. Network churn prediction Using network performance and usage data to predict which telecom subscribers are likely to cancel their service. Network utilization The share of a network's total available capacity that is actually being used over a given period. Quality of experience (QoE) A subjective measure of how satisfactory a network or service feels to the user, distinct from raw technical performance.
