Like other OKR tools, what it reports on is progress against goals people enter by hand, not a direct read of business performance — the AI layer makes the progress reporting feel more proactive, but it is still summarizing self-reported status, not instrumented metrics. WorkBoard acquired competitor Quantive in May 2025 and has been consolidating the two products' roadmaps since, positioning the combined company as one of the largest players in enterprise OKR software.
