Termly pairs a cookie consent banner with a library of legal-document generators — privacy policy, terms & conditions, cookie policy and others — sold as per-website monthly plans rather than by traffic volume, plus a separate Agency plan for managing multiple client sites in bulk. Higher tiers raise limits on legal-policy edits and banner views before unlocking unlimited use on the top consumer plan. Termly's own pricing page states IAB TCF 2.3 support and Google Consent Mode v2 (basic and advanced) are available starting on its Pro+ tier and above; the Free and Starter tiers do not include TCF support. It is a cloud-hosted, script-embed service with no self-hosted option.
