Oracle Clinical One is a cloud platform for collecting, managing, and harmonizing clinical trial data from multiple sources, including electronic data capture (EDC), electronic health records, and other study systems, into a single study database. It succeeded Oracle's older Clinical Remote Data Capture products and consolidates data collection, randomization, and reporting under one data model so sponsors avoid reconciling separate EDC and CTMS datasets. A 2025 update added an AI-assisted connector for pulling structured and unstructured data directly from electronic health records into the platform. Like Medidata and Veeva Vault CDMS, Clinical One is the system that runs data capture for a trial rather than an analytics layer over an existing EDC, and it is aimed at pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO customers running trials under GCP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements, often already using other Oracle Health Sciences products.
