Meteomatics is a Swiss weather data provider whose single Weather API exposes several thousand parameters, including model-derived and agriculture- or energy-specific indices, at higher spatial and temporal resolution than typical consumer weather APIs. It supplements public and licensed model data with its own MeteoDrone atmospheric measurement technology, feeding proprietary observations back into forecast accuracy. It is aimed at energy trading, aviation and agriculture teams and drone operators that need precise, parameter-rich historical, current and forecast data in one API rather than the smaller parameter sets typical of consumer-facing weather services.
