IQAir makes indoor and outdoor air quality monitors under the AirVisual brand, measuring PM2.5, PM10, CO2, temperature and humidity, alongside a separate line of air purifiers. Monitor readings upload to the free AirVisual app and to IQAir's public world air quality map, which blends consumer sensor data with government monitoring stations across many countries and underlies IQAir's widely cited annual World Air Quality Report. As with other low-cost optical sensors, outdoor readings can diverge from reference-grade regulatory instruments, particularly in smoke or high-humidity conditions, so figures are best read as an indicative trend rather than a certified measurement. IQAir sells hardware directly and also licenses air-quality data and forecasting to businesses.
