Falcon LogScale is CrowdStrike's log management and search engine, originally built by Humio (acquired 2021) around an index-free ingestion architecture that avoids the indexing bottleneck of traditional log platforms and is designed to sustain very high ingest rates at sub-second query latency. CrowdStrike now sells it both standalone for general log management and as the storage/search layer underneath Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, which adds correlation, detection content and case management on top using the same telemetry CrowdStrike's EDR agents already collect. It is delivered as SaaS (with a self-hosted option historically available from the Humio era) and is aimed at organizations already invested in the CrowdStrike Falcon platform. Public self-serve pricing was not available on the vendor's site at the time of writing.
