ClearGov is a cloud platform for the full municipal budget cycle: department budget requests with capital, personnel and operational line items, multi-scenario planning with audit trails, strategic-plan and capital-project tracking dashboards, and generation of formal financial documents such as digital budget books, ACFRs and PAFRs in ADA-compliant formats. It also includes resident-facing transparency tools, letting a government publish an interactive budget explorer and collect feedback through polls, surveys and SMS, rather than only releasing a static PDF budget document. It is aimed at local governments, counties, school districts and special districts that currently build budgets in spreadsheets or older on-premise finance software and want a shared, auditable workflow plus a public-facing transparency site in one product.
